Ltd., and Johnson Controls Asia Co. Ltd (JCI).  It is located in the city of Changchun, in Jilin Province, China known as the cradle of the China automotive industry. The company has 9 functional departments, 1 Technical Center, 2 business units, 5 plants, and 3 subsidiary joint ventures.  The company¡¯s registered capital is 59.6 Million USD; Occupies a land  area of 85000 m²; and a combined building area of 56000 m².  The business functions include automotive interiors research & development, manufacturing, sales, and service of automotive Seats, Instrument Panels, Floor Consoles, Door Panels, and Headliners.

      With the strong support of both the FAW-Group and Johnson Controls, FJC has applied globally competitive advanced technology into product design, development and manufacturing.FJC delivers competitive products and services for FAW-VW/Audi, FAW-Car Company£¬FAW-Truck Company, Beijing Daimler-Benz, China National Heavy Duty Truck Co. (SINO Truck) and in the near futureFAW-Toyota.FJC is certified as an A Level supplier by FAW-VW, FAW-Car Company and FAW-Truck Company.

      FJC pays significant attention to the development and improvement of it¡¯s internal management systems by the application of Johnson Controls¡¯ global Business Operating Systems (BOS). The FJC Technical Center and focuses on R&D and manufacturing technology innovation and employs more than 250 engineering professionals, who have the ability to design and develop automotive total interiors. The Technical Center lab has the capability to perform CAE, airbag static deployment testing, seat and interior product performance and material testing. FJC Technical Center is one of JCI¡¯s eight global Technical Centers and the strategic partner of FAW-Group for automotive interior product design and development.As FJC Technology Center is provincial TC, FJC has passed ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, ISO17025, OHSAS18001 system certification, and all products have passed 3C certification. FJC¡¯s Technical Center testing lab is a nationally certified testing lab, and has received certification by FAW, FAW Car Co., FAW Truck, and FAW-VW/Audi. FJC is always innovative on manufacturing, it won two items patent in 2009.That is: quick change for injection machine grabber and AUDI A4L IP metal grabber.
